Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of automush.com and to the services we provide: building automations, AI agents, system integrations, consulting and training. Using the site means you accept these terms. A service you actually purchase is governed by a quote or a signed agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with this page, the specific agreement prevails.
Who we are and what applies
The automush.com website and the services offered through it are operated by Itamar Yossef, trading as Automush, Petah Tikva, Israel. You can reach us at hello@automush.com or on WhatsApp at +972 55 275-6414.
These terms apply to all use of the site, including reading content, submitting the contact form and chatting with our digital assistant on WhatsApp. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
The services are intended for businesses and for people acting on behalf of a business, not for private use by minors.
The services we provide
Automush builds and implements automation and AI solutions for businesses, including:
- AI agents and voice agents that answer customers and act inside your systems
- Business process automation and integration between systems
- Connections to WhatsApp and to CRM, calendar, invoicing and similar systems
- Reporting and business intelligence, consulting, scoping and team training
Content on the site, including articles, guides and ROI calculators, is general information only. It does not constitute professional, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice specific to your situation.
Acceptable use of the site
You may use the site for reasonable personal and business purposes. You may not use it in a way that harms the site, us or third parties, including:
- Any unlawful use, or use that breaches these terms
- Attempting to break into systems, disrupt the site or bypass security measures
- Automated harvesting of content or contact details (scraping) without our written permission
- Submitting false details through the contact form, or sending abusive or harmful content
Quotes, payments and cancellation
Quotes
The first diagnostic call is free and carries no obligation. Actual work is priced in a dedicated quote setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Prices are stated in New Israeli Shekels; unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT as required by law.
Payment
Payment terms and dates are set out in the approved quote. If payment is late, we may suspend further work and ongoing support after giving you advance notice.
Cancellation
Cancellation rights apply in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, to the extent it applies to the engagement. Where work has already begun, we will charge proportionally for the work actually carried out up to the cancellation date. No refund is given for development already completed or for work customised specifically for your business, because it cannot be returned or reused.
An ongoing monthly service, such as managed automation, can be ended with the notice period set out in the quote, or with 30 days' notice where nothing else was agreed.
Intellectual property
All rights in the site, its design, its code, its content and our trademarks belong to Automush. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
For the deliverables we build for you: once payment is made in full, you receive the right to use the deliverable built for you for the purposes of your business. Our tools, infrastructure, code libraries and general methods — including components we developed previously or reuse across projects — remain ours. A different allocation of rights can be agreed in a specific agreement, which will prevail over this section.
Your business information and data remain entirely yours.
Limits of automation and AI
Systems based on artificial intelligence are probabilistic by nature. Even when carefully configured and tested, they can get things wrong, give a partial answer, or interpret a request differently than expected.
For that reason we define together with you when an agent hands a conversation to a person, and we recommend keeping human oversight over any process with financial, legal or safety significance. Output from an AI agent should not be relied on as professional advice, and the services should not be used for medical, legal or financial decisions without human review.
We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, saving rate or conversion volume. Figures and examples on the site describe past cases and are not a promise of similar results for you.
Limits of liability
We put considerable effort into keeping the site and the services working properly, but the site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be continuously available or free of faults or errors.
Subject to any applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for the services will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Third-party services
The solutions we build usually rely on third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business API, Google, Microsoft, AI model providers, CRM systems and automation tools. Those services are subject to their own providers' terms and policies, and their pricing and availability may change at those providers' discretion.
We are not responsible for faults, changes or discontinuation of a third-party service, and we are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from our site.
Privacy
The collection and use of information on the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. It also sets out our use of measurement and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Ads, and how you can opt out of personalised advertising.
By submitting a form on the site, you agree that we may get back to you by WhatsApp, phone or email regarding your enquiry. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Ending the engagement
We may block access to the site or stop providing a service in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse, harm to systems or non-payment, giving reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
When an engagement ends, we will help hand over the relevant assets to you in an orderly way, subject to settlement of any outstanding payments and in line with what was agreed in the quote.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example following a change to the services or to the law. The updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the update, and applies from the moment it is published. A material change will not apply retroactively to a service already purchased without your agreement.
We recommend reviewing this page occasionally. Continuing to use the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the engagement between us are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
We are happy to clarify any clause before we start working together.
