Google activates AI scam detection in Android messaging
Phone and Messages systems flag over 5 million suspicious calls and messages monthly. Automated business messages may be flagged as scams.
If you send automated messages to customers or call from unsaved numbers, some of your messages may be blocked or flagged as suspicious. Check now whether the messages you send include links, come from changing numbers, or are sent automatically right after a customer signs up. If so, consider sending a first message without a link, asking customers to save the number, and avoiding language that sounds urgent or threatening.
