Build a Real Automation
The heart of the workshop. We build together, step by step, a live flow: lead form comes in, automatic response via WhatsApp, row added to spreadsheet, and notification to team. Then each participant starts their own automation from their Step 1 list, while we move between workstations.
What to Build Yourself, and What Not
An honest map of boundaries: what's worth building yourself, what's possible but fragile, and what's better left to professionals — multi-system integrations, customer-facing AI agents, and anything touching money or privacy. We end with a personal commitment: one automation each participant will launch this month.
